Just when I think my heart is as open and as big as it can get, and there is a ceiling and floor to love, it ends up opening wider and expanding deeper.
Perhaps this is one of the greatest secrets of lifeโthat through releasing painโwe can open our hearts the widest.
And there is no limit.
Not just once or twice, but consistently.
It is through the dark nights of the Soul, that we learn about the depths of our own hearts.
And it is through our hearts, that the greatest understanding of not only our own painโbut of other peoplesโ painโcan be absorbed, transmuted and released back out into the world as even bigger love.
