She is titled “Kiss the Flame” and I painted it to channel the collective
piece of my Soul that has experienced both the pain and the beauty of post traumatic growth
throughout the many stages of my life.
I feel deeply that these collective parts are woven together like a tapestry that is both glistening with golden strands as well as a bit tattered in places like a tethered rope.
But the way they work together is beautiful and my goal was to capture some of those complex emotions.
